Summary
My name is Pascal Wenz-Kim and I am a people development (HRD) professional based in Frankfurt, Germany. My personal mission is to keep learning, to help others do the same, and to contribute to making communities and societies more compassionate. You can also find me on LinkedIn. I am happy to be contacted by anyone, but please note that, due to privacy reasons, I will only accept invitations to connect on LinkedIn from people that I have already met or interacted with.
As a professional, I am passionate about helping organizations realize the full potential of their people. In particular, I have expertise in talent management, people development, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). I am a strategic thinker and team player who enjoys working in cross-functional (and cross-cultural!) teams to create, improve and manage user-centered initiatives. I am fluent in German, English and Japanese, and have extensive international experience, including in Japan, the UK and the US.
As a citizen, I am passionate about helping to make communities and societies more compassionate through learning and education. To me, compassion means “the attitude of showing a genuine concern for the suffering of others” and I believe it should be accompanied by a rational course of action appropriate to alleviate or prevent that suffering.
I am interested in networking with students and professionals who are passionate about learning and people development, and with all people who are helping to make communities and societies around the world more compassionate.
